In order to respond to the local government's requirements on environmental protection and emission reduction, and also to better fulfil our social responsibility, we have added new exhaust gas treatment equipment to centrally treat the exhaust gases produced in the workshop. In order to meet the emission standards of national and local environmental protection regulations, and at the same time, also minimise the pollution of exhaust gas to the environment. Everest Blue is a professional waste gas treatment solution provider, providing design, manufacture, transport, loading and unloading, installation, commissioning and after-sales service of waste gas treatment projects. The following is an example of Everest Blue's project, which works for 11 hours a day and runs for 26 days a month.

Overview of the exhaust gas treatment programme
This programme process selection of zeolite rotor rotor catalytic combustion CO.
Exhaust air volume to be treated for electrostatic spraying 20,000m3/h air volume, automatic spraying 10,000m3/h air volume, a total of 25,000m³/h, 5,000m3/h should be reserved for the owner's requirements of the processing capacity; therefore, the total processing air volume of 30,000m3/h, the temperature & le; 35 ℃, humidity & le; 90%; due to the processing system needs to be in the normal humidity (humidity & le; 80%), temperature < 40 ℃ environment operation, so the front of the system is pre-set dehumidification section. 80%), the temperature <40 ℃ environment, so the front of the system is preset dehumidification section. After the dehumidification section, the air volume of waste gas to be treated will be increased from 30,000m3/h to 37,500m3/h.
Concentration accounting:
From the owner's information, the amount of paint used: electrostatic paint 2280 litres, 2400 litres of water (thinner); automatic oil spraying oil 440 litres, 1000 litres of water (400 litres of recycling); paint density 1.2kg/litre, thinner density 0.9kg/litre calculation, 60% of the paint volatilisation, thinner 100% volatilisation to get:
c = ((2400+600)*0.9+(2280+440)*1.2*0.6)/30,000
=542.94mg/m3
Design zeolite rotor processing air volume of 50000m3/h; rotor concentration times 10 times, zeolite adsorption efficiency of 90%; CO furnace processing capacity is: 5000Nm³/h, combustion efficiency of 98%.
The project works 11h per day; 312 days per year.


Design conditions
Climatic conditions
The project site is Qingyuan, which is located in the north-central part of Guangdong Province, the middle reaches of the Beijiang River, the south side of the Nanling Mountain Range and the Pearl River Delta. It has a subtropical monsoon climate. The summer is the longest in a year, and spring, autumn and winter are shorter, with obvious differences between north and south. The average annual temperature is between 18.9℃~22℃.

5. Ensure that the purified gas meets the design requirements and satisfies the national or local pollutant emission standards.
