The process mainly adopts high-efficiency catalyst, in which the waste gas undergoes oxidation reaction under the action of the catalyst, and is born with non-toxic and odourless carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O); its unique high-efficiency heat exchange system ensures effective recovery of waste heat. When the concentration of exhaust gas reaches a certain level, the heat exchange system can heat the organic exhaust gas to the initial temperature of catalytic oxidation reaction without electric heating, and treat the organic exhaust gas through its own heat balance.

The waste gas discharged from the paint shop is collected through the pipeline, then passes through the dry filter to remove the solid impurities and dust in the waste gas, and then enters into the organic waste gas activated carbon adsorption device, and is discharged through the fan at high altitude after purification to reach the national scale. The saturated activated carbon needs to be desorbed at high temperature, the high temperature generated by catalytic combustion is desorbed by the activated carbon bed, and the desorbed organic compounds are burned by the catalytic combustion bed through the heat exchanger, and discharged at high altitude after reaching the standard.

The process system can be divided into the following three systems: exhaust gas purification and treatment system, exhaust system and desorption system.

The exhaust gas purification system mainly includes low-level filter and carbon adsorption bed. The exhaust system mainly includes exhaust fan, air volume adjustment valve and chimney.

Desorption system includes heat exchanger, catalytic combustion bed, flame arrester and exhaust fan.
