The so-called paint is coated on the surface of the object to be protected or decorated, and can form a continuous film firmly attached to the coated object, usually with resin, or oil, or emulsion-based, with or without the addition of pigments, fillers, add the appropriate additives, with organic solvents or water formulated from the viscous liquid.

It is volatile and highly toxic, benzene is highly toxic, toluene and xylene are low toxicity, and inhalation of a certain amount of benzene, toluene and xylene can cause poisoning, and even damage the haematopoietic system and the nervous system.

Organic waste gas through the pipeline collection, into the pre-treatment dry filter to remove particles below 1 micron and on the zeolite adsorption of harmful substances, removed organic waste gas is subsequently sent to the zeolite adsorption bed device, the VOCs components in the waste gas is absorbed by the zeolite and discharged into the atmosphere after reaching the standard. When the zeolite adsorption bed is saturated by electric heating at high temperature (100-180 ℃ C) desorption of VOCs substances, desorption of high concentration of organic waste gas directly into the catalytic combustion co, through the accelerated oxidation of high concentration of waste gas by precious metals, in ( 250-380 ℃) high temperature purification and oxidation of harmless carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapour (H20) and meet the standards of emission into the atmosphere.

Other treatment technology programmes

Low concentration and small air volume printing waste gas can be used: spray tower, uv photolysis purifier, activated carbon adsorption and other single or multiple combinations of processes for treatment;

High concentration of small air volume printing waste gas can be used: pretreatment + zeolite molecular sieve + catalytic combustion, pretreatment + zeolite molecular sieve + RTO regenerative incinerator, a single catalytic combustion device or a single RTO regenerative incinerator and so on;

High concentration and large air volume printing waste gas can be used: pretreatment + zeolite rotor concentration + catalytic combustion or pretreatment + zeolite rotor concentration + RTO thermal storage incinerator and so on.
