Project condition:This project is to treat the organic waste gas produced by granulation, extruder, injection moulding machine and vacuum pump process. The main components of the exhaust gas are ethers, lipids, benzene, toluene and xylene, malodorous substances and other volatile organic waste gas; total air volume of the exhaust gas treatment is 20000m3/h; the concentration of the exhaust gas is about 258mg/m3
Scale of treatment: total air volume: 20000m3/h, total concentration of exhaust gas is about 258mg/m3;
Processing technology: wet jet washing (multi-tube) + dry filter + activated carbon adsorption concentration + catalytic combustion (CO) one machine process;
Design scheme:The project adopts wet jet washing (multi-pipe) + dry filter + activated carbon adsorption and desorption + catalytic combustion (CO) one machine process to deal with organic waste gas collected through the pipeline, into the wet jet tower to remove the acidic and dusty effect. Subsequently, the gas is sent to the dry filter to remove particles and harmful substances on the activated carbon adsorption, after removing the organic waste gas is then sent to the activated carbon adsorption bed device, the VOCs component in the waste gas is adsorbed by the activated carbon and then discharged into the atmosphere to meet the standards. When the adsorption bed is saturated by electric heating at high temperature (80-100C) desorption of VOCs substances, desorption of high concentrations of organic waste gas directly into the catalytic combustion co, through the accelerated oxidation of high concentrations of waste gas by precious metals, in (250-350C) high temperature purification and oxidation of harmless carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapour (H20) and meet the standards of emission into the atmosphere.
Execution of governance standards:The treated exhaust gas emission meets the relevant local emission limit values.
