An advertising and publishing printing plant exhaust gas treatment case

Design scheme: The project adopts dry filter + activated carbon adsorption concentration + catalytic combustion device process for treatment. The exhaust gas is introduced into the dry filter by the main process fan to remove large particles and harmful substances to the activated carbon, and the pre-treated exhaust gas is then transported to the activated carbon adsorption device.

Project conditions: This project is mainly engaged in the processing and production of advertising posters, advertising canvas, signs, banners, flags, the project needs to collect organic waste gas from the printing workshop for treatment, the main components of the waste gas are xylene, toluene, isopropyl alcohol, butyl acetate and other volatile organic waste gas, the total air volume of the waste gas treatment is 20,000m3/h, and the concentration of the waste gas is about 290mg/m3.

Processing scale: total air volume: 20000m3/h; total concentration of exhaust gas is about 290mg/m3.

Processing technology: dry filter + activated carbon adsorption and concentration + catalytic combustion device as a whole process;

Design scheme: the project adopts dry filter + activated carbon adsorption concentration + catalytic combustion device process for treatment.
Exhaust gas through the main process fan into the dry filter purification, removal of large particles and harmful substances on the activated carbon, pretreatment after the exhaust gas is subsequently transported to the activated carbon adsorption and concentration device, the VOCs components in the exhaust gas is absorbed by the activated carbon intercepted after the standard discharge to the atmosphere.

Adsorption and concentration of organic waste gas on the surface of activated carbon, after high-temperature desorption directly into the CO catalytic combustion oxidation system, through the noble metal accelerated oxidation of high concentration of waste gas, in the high temperature ( 250-380 ℃ ) between the purification and oxidation of harmless carbon dioxide (C02) and water vapour (H20), and meet the standards of the emission of the atmosphere.

Implementation of governance standards:The treated exhaust emissions meet the implementation of the "Environmental Air Quality Standards" GB3095-2012) Level II standards; "Volatile Organic Compounds Emission Standards for the Printing Industry" (DB44/815-2010) the Ⅱ time period of the exhaust discharge limit and the limit of the concentration of the monitoring of the unorganised emissions; "Emission Standards for Pollutants of Synthetic Resin Industry" (GB31572-2015); "Synthetic Resin Industry Emission Standards" (GB31572-2015); and the emission standards for the synthetic resin industry (GB31572-2015). 2015);
