Process flow

①Pre-treatment:The organic waste gas with high air volume and low concentration (<800mg/m3) generated in the workshop is piped into the dry filtration and other supporting pre-treatment equipment.

②Adsorption and concentration: After pretreatment, VOCs gas is adsorbed on the surface of zeolite molecular sieve to provide high VOCs removal rate and meet the standards.

③ High temperature desorption + catalytic combustion (CO): VOCs in the exhaust gas is concentrated on the surface of the zeolite molecular sieve, the use of mixing heaters to provide about 150 ℃ small air volume of hot gas flow to carry out the reverse blowing desorption, desorption out of the high-concentration, small air volume concentration of the exhaust gas is sent to the catalytic combustion furnace (CO) within the catalytic combustion decomposition of CO2 and H2O, combustion of exothermic reuse, energy saving!

Working Principle

Organic waste gas into the dry filter pretreatment, through the molecular sieve adsorber, VOCs are porous zeolite molecular sieve adsorbent adsorption interception, discharge standards. After the adsorbent adsorption saturation, through the valve switch, the introduction of small air volume of hot air for high temperature blowing desorption, desorption out of the high concentration, small air volume concentration of waste gas, into the catalytic burner combustion treatment, the release of a large amount of heat and reuse system.

Process characteristics
